Lisa A. Triscari I have 30 years of industry experience beginning at Badger Mutual Insurance Company in 1981, moving to the agency side with Raasch Insurance Agency in 1983, where I focused on personal insurance for 17 years. Some of the first clients I worked with 28 years ago are still with me today and I now service those customer’s children and their families. I have been with this agency since 1999, where I’ve focused on developing expertise in commercial lines. On January 1, 2010 I became the owner of American Advantage- IFS. I continue to expand my knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry, earning my CISR (Certified Insurance Service Rep) designation in 1999 and soon completing my CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 2011. I strongly believe in honest, open communications with my customers and carrier partners and value the long term relationships I’ve built over the years. I reside in Hubertus with my husband, Bob. We have two grown sons and two grand daughters. Together we enjoy camping, fishing, sporting events and our family time together. |

Wendy Jungbluth I joined American Advantage IFS in 2009. I am licensed in property & casualty and have over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. I graduated Mt. Mary College (1980 – BA-History) and hold a Masters Degree in Library & Information Sciences (1982 – UW-Milwaukee). I also am currently working on my CISR (Certified Customer Service Rep) designation. |

Annie Vierig I graduated in 2005 from UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Accounting and a certificate in Real Estate. I have been in the insurance business since 2005 and I obtained my Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) designation from the National Alliance in 2009. I was also named in Milwaukee Magazines 2011 Five Start Home/Auto Insurance Professionals for excellence in customer service. I reside in New Berlin and I enjoy going to Milwaukee Brewers games. |

Barb Triscari I joined American Advantage IFS in 2009 as a Personal Account Manager working with our customer service team. I currently hold licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance. Education is an important part of the insurance procurement process which is why I continue to expand my knowledge and expertise in insurance industry. I enjoy working with our clients to assess their needs and then provide them with education on the viable options our agency offers. |

Mike Sitarz
I started my insurance career with Farmers Insurance Group over 40 years ago. In 1997 I decided to branch out on my own and start an independent insurance agency, which is still in business today. Over the years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which allows me to provide a superior client experience. As an insurance professional , I enjoy meeting with my clients in person so I can assess their exposure and prescribe the appropriate coverage. |

Erin Schwabenlender
I have been a licensed agent since 1998 with independent insurance agencies. I started as a service agent for 8 years before I became a sales agent which helps me not only provide valuable protection advice to my customers but also an in-depth knowledge to help my customers with billing questions, claims issues or policy questions. I value the personal care and attention I give to all of my customers. |

Tom ‘TJ’ Jungbluth I am a graduate of Marquette University. I completed my insurance training at Oberlin College and started in the insurance industry in 1959 as an auto claims adjustor for Heritage Mutual Insurance Co. My positions with Heritage included Branch Office Claims Manager, Senior Claims Litigation Supervisor and Area Sales Manager. Subsequently I was the agency manager at Consolidated Insurance Services and later, the owner of Jungbluth Insurance Agency (1982-2000). I am licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and Annuities. I joined American Advantage in 2010. I currently reside in the Hartland area with my wife Rose. |

Adam Plummer
I spent 12 years in the US Navy as a nuclear reactor operator on submarines and the next 9 years as a production manager and logistics specialist for GE Healthcare. I graduated in 2004 from Ottawa University with a degree in Business. In 2009 after leaving GE I started my own advertising sales company, and started in the insurance industry as a licensed Property and Casualty agent with American Advantage – IFS in 2011. My wife, Sheryl, and I live in Ixonia along with our three boys, two in college and one in high school. I enjoy sports, reading, gaming, travel, and quiet time spent with family. I look forward to developing relationships with, and meeting the insurance needs of, all my clients. |

Steve Van De Voorde
I began my insurance career in 1990 with John Deere Insurance Company. As an independent agent, I am licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois. Over the years, I have developed experience & relationships with both commercial and personal customers. Providing good advice and customer service are the main focus of my property & casualty insurance endeavors. |
